Director IDs – Significant Penalties for Failure to Apply by Deadline

All directors must apply for their Director ID before 30 November 2022.
People who do not sign up by the deadline will face penalties of up to $13,200 (criminal) & $1,100,000 (civil) each, as well as be deemed ineligible to run a company.
